Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 3 business days (does not include weekends). Holiday and promotional periods may experience longer ship.
Shipping Area
Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States. Overseas territories are excluded. Most of the islands do not support mailing temporarily. If you place an order and we cannot send it to your location, our customer service representative will contact you in time. After you place the order, it has not been shipped for several days, please check the email in time.
Shipping Method
We use UPS or USPS as a shipping method, and observe UPS or USPS holiday hours. Sometimes, when your package is undelivered, you are required to pick them up at your local post office.

Dealgreate doesn't offer free shipping for each order. We will charge $5.99 for shipping cost. When placing an order, you can view the details of the order charges. Return Policy
We accept any returns within 30 calendar days of when the order was delivered. All returns must be authorized by sending us an email to [email protected] with the reason. We will review your request and send you a confirmation of authorization and a return address if approved. Any unauthorized returns will automatically be refused.
Tracking Order Status
The order status can be tracked by yourself. After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email to inform you that your package has been shipped and accompanied by the tracking number of the order. You can see the updates within 72 hours after receiving the email. Check your order on the official website, because it takes time for the logistics provider to update the information.
